The price of crude oil surged on international energy markets as the conflict between Russia and Ukraine hit a record high.The average price of a gallon of regular gasoline in the United States has been rising for days, hitting a new high of $4.43 a gallon over the weekend.That’s up 79 cents, or 22%, in two weeks.The current price is up $1.54 from a year ago.Source: CCTV news client
