On February 17, it was learned from the provincial Department of Human resources and Social Security that the province will carry out subsidized vocational skills training for more than 500,000 people this year, highlighting the employment of key groups and ensuring that the employment rate of college graduates in 2022 will reach more than 90%.This year, the province will fully implement the nationwide insurance program, including people from non-public economic organizations, migrant workers, employees of new forms of business and other key groups.We will improve the social insurance systems for employees’ old-age insurance, workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance, adjust the minimum standards for basic old-age insurance for rural and non-working urban residents, and steadily advance the work of supplementary old-age insurance for rural and non-working urban residents.In terms of the construction of skilled personnel, we will strive to achieve the target task of skilled personnel accounting for 31% of the total number of employees, pay great attention to the training of professional and technical personnel, and train 2,500 high-level professional and technical personnel in urgent need.We will improve the mechanism for introducing talents, advance the reform of the professional title system by category, and include emerging professions in the evaluation of professional titles.This year, the province will implement the minimum wage standard, release the enterprise wage guidelines, carry out the enterprise salary survey and release the labor market price, improve the skill talent salary distribution system, deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises total salary and head salary system.
